1. Delete Your Quegly Account and All Associated Data

You can delete your entire account and everything we hold about you at any time, directly from the app. No email or support ticket is required.

From the app: • Sign in at https://quegly.com • Open Settings from the sidebar • Open the General tab • Select "Delete Account", type DELETE and confirm

By email: If you cannot sign in, email support@quegly.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted: • Your name, email address, and profile information • All connected social media accounts and their access tokens • All scheduled, draft, and published post records • All uploaded images and videos • All performance metrics we collected for your posts • All auto-reply configurations and the comment records described in Section 3

What is not deleted: • Content already published to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, or LinkedIn remains on those platforms under your control. Deleting your Quegly account does not remove posts from them; you delete those from the platform itself • Transaction records required for tax and accounting compliance, which are retained for 7 years as described in our Privacy Policy • Backup copies, which are purged within 90 days

2. Disconnect a Single Social Media Account

To remove one platform without deleting your Quegly account:

• Sign in at https://quegly.com • Open the workspace containing the account • Go to Manage • Select the account and choose Disconnect

This immediately revokes our access, deletes the stored access and refresh tokens, and stops any automated replies for that account.

For Instagram specifically, we recommend using Reconnect rather than Disconnect if your goal is to switch accounts or refresh permissions, because Disconnect also removes the publishing history associated with that connection.

Revoking from the platform side: You can also revoke Quegly's access from within Meta directly, at Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook, Settings → Apps and Websites on Instagram, or Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites on Threads. When you do, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the associated data on our side.

On LinkedIn, you can remove Quegly at Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services. LinkedIn does not tell us when you do, so to have us delete your LinkedIn details and access tokens as well, disconnect the account in Manage as described above, or delete your Quegly account.

3. If Quegly Replied to Your Comment

You do not need a Quegly account to make this request.

Some Quegly customers enable an automated reply feature. If you commented a keyword on one of their Instagram or Facebook posts and received an automated direct message, we hold a small record of that interaction.

What we hold: • Your platform username and platform-assigned user ID • The text of the comment you left • The identifier and timestamp of that comment and of the post

We do not hold your email address, phone number, location, contacts, or any other profile information, and we never use this data for advertising or sell it to anyone.

How to have it removed: Email support@quegly.com with the username you commented from and, if you have it, a link to the post. We will locate and permanently delete the record within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Automatic deletion: Even without a request, these records are automatically deleted after 90 days, and immediately if the account holder turns the feature off, disconnects their account, or deletes their Quegly account.

4. Meta Data Deletion Requests

Quegly implements Meta's data deletion callback for every Meta platform it connects to. If you remove Quegly from your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account settings, Meta sends us a signed deletion request automatically, and we delete the data associated with your Meta user ID without any further action from you.

Our callback endpoints are: • Facebook: https://quegly.com/api/auth/facebook/deletion • Instagram: https://quegly.com/api/webhooks/instagram/data-deletion • Threads: https://quegly.com/api/auth/threads/delete

Removing the app without deleting your data: Threads distinguishes uninstalling the app from deleting your data. If you only remove Quegly's access, Meta calls https://quegly.com/api/auth/threads/uninstall and we drop the stored access tokens and stop acting on your behalf, while keeping your own publishing history and analytics so reconnecting later does not lose your records. Use the deletion endpoint above, or Section 1, when you want the data gone.

Meta will give you a confirmation code and a status URL at the time of the request. That URL shows the real status of your deletion (completed, pending, or not found) rather than a generic acknowledgement. If anything looks wrong, contact support@quegly.com with the confirmation code and we will investigate.

5. Timelines and Contact

Response times: • Account deletion from within the app: immediate • Email requests: completed within 30 days, usually far sooner • Meta deletion callbacks: processed automatically on receipt • Backup copies: purged within 90 days of deletion
