Caption Rules

Max length280 characters for every X account, each link counted at its full length. Longer captions are rejected before the post is saved.

To send a longer caption to the post's other platforms, give X its own in platform_settings.x.caption: the 280-character limit is checked against that text instead.

Daily Limit

Each X account takes up to 5 posts a day, because X's API charges for every post. Its scheduled, posting and published posts on that day count; drafts don't. A post that would be an X account's sixth of the day returns 400 VALIDATION_ERROR naming the account. No other platform has a daily limit.
